You may feel stuck, but deep down, you know this is the right place to go for it.
You knocked on the right door! You made an important choice. An uneasy one.
I admire you for not giving up and for wanting to heal.
Taking this course is an act of courage. Why?
Because you want to change the very thing that allows you to survive emotionally:
Food escapism. But it’s so exhausting that you’re done with the consequences!
You feel the need to try something new! So, be proud of yourself! You have all my respect.
WHAT IS THE ‘NEW WAY OF NUTRITION COURSE’ ABOUT?
When it comes to addressing eating concerns, the “New Way of Nutrition” extends well beyond dietary intake.
It encourages you to respond mindfully to food instead of reacting compulsively based on the following factors:
- Food quality,
- Psychology,
- Physiology,
- Eating behaviour,
- Life.
This process is bidirectional. This means that once you are aware of these factors, they will favorably influence your body’s response to food.
It’s also about acknowledging that eating challenges are not failures.
In fact, they can be valuable teachers and allies.
It’s about learning to listen to their lessons and apply them to your benefit.
How? By using nutrition as a powerful source of nourishment for the body, mind and life.
When does nutrition become nourishment?
It’s when we wholeheartedly participate in the ongoing experience of eating, both physically and emotionally.
In other words, what, when and how we eat reflects how we live and feel. And vice versa.
Gradually, nourishment crowds out eating challenges.
So you learn to transition from survival mode (binge eating) to thriving mode (natural eating).
That’s the goal of this course!
This process points in one direction: the natural eater within you, who regains a sense of presence in the world.
This reveals the person you are meant to be.
